FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

What equipment does your factory use for making fabric?

We utilize advanced equipment imported from Germany for fabric manufacturing, including specialized Karl Mayer knitting machines, a fabric heat-setting production line, and state-of-the-art yarn-making machinery. See our factory and devices here >

What are the raw materials you are using in your products?

We exclusively use our eco-friendly formula for all plastic products by default. However, we can customize the products to meet your specific requirements.

We offer customizable quality levels, with warranties ranging from 5 to 10 years.

Our raw materials are sourced from globally renowned brands, including BASF and CLARIANT, ensuring premium quality.

What is the Testing Report of your products?

We hold certifications and testing reports from reputable organizations, including SGS, ARPANSA Testing, AWTA Product Testing, FR Testing, EMC Certification, and ISO 9001. You can view copies of our fabric testing reports here >

Can I be your agent or distributor in my country?

We have agents in various countries worldwide, but if there is no agent in your region, we warmly welcome you to become our partner. We offer policies designed to protect your interests, ensuring competitive pricing and top-quality products. Additionally, we provide valuable market insights to help you outperform your competitors. Let’s work together to achieve success!

What is the main focus of your company's business?

As a direct manufacturer, we specialize in B2B rather than B2C operations. Our core focus is on producing standard shade cloth rolls and agricultural textile rolls.

How do you ensure your products are 100% high-quality?

We have a comprehensive quality control system in place during manufacturing. Every semi-finished product undergoes a 100% inspection, and skilled workers perform quality checks at each stage of the production process. This ensures that all products meet our strict quality standards.

What is Heat Setting?

Heat setting is a heat treatment process that enhances the properties of fibers, such as shape retention, wrinkle resistance, elasticity, and dimensional stability. This process also influences other characteristics, including strength, stretchability, softness, dyeability, and sometimes even the material’s color. These changes result from structural and chemical transformations within the fibers.

Heat setting is particularly crucial for synthetic fibers like polyethylene (PE), polyamide (PA), elastomers, triacetate, and certain PAC fibers. It provides exceptional dimensional stability and wrinkle resistance, ensuring the fabric maintains its form and quality even under demanding conditions. However, exposure to temperatures exceeding the heat-setting limit (e.g., by blowing gas) may affect its properties.
